Welcome to CelebWeave (“CelebWeave,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CelebWeave website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. About CelebWeave

CelebWeave is a technology platform that enables users to:

  • Create and manage events
  • Send invitations and manage RSVPs
  • Generate QR code event passes
  • Sell and purchase Aso Ebi and related event products
  • Discover and engage event vendors
  • Process payments through authorized payment providers
  • Publish and access event-related content

CelebWeave is a marketplace and technology platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the provider of services offered by independent vendors.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws.

You may not use the Platform if your account has been suspended or terminated by CelebWeave.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activities conducted through your account.
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

4. Event Hosts

Event hosts may:

  • Create public or private events.
  • Manage guest lists and RSVPs.
  • Sell Aso Ebi and event-related products where available.
  • Invite vendors.
  • Use QR code check-in features.

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, event logistics, and compliance with applicable laws.

5. Guests

Guests may:

  • RSVP to invitations.
  • Purchase Aso Ebi or event products where offered.
  • Receive digital invitations.
  • Use QR codes for event entry.

Guests agree not to duplicate, transfer, or misuse QR codes or digital invitations.

6. Vendor Marketplace

CelebWeave provides a marketplace where independent vendors may advertise and offer services.

Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • The services they provide.
  • Their pricing.
  • Their business licenses and permits.
  • Compliance with applicable laws.
  • Delivering services as agreed with customers.

CelebWeave does not guarantee the quality, availability, legality, or suitability of vendor services.

7. Vendor Verification

CelebWeave may verify vendor identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a vendor’s services.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove vendors at our sole discretion.

8. Payments

Payments made through the Platform are processed by authorized third-party payment providers.

CelebWeave does not store complete payment card information.

By making a payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

Processing fees may apply where disclosed.

9. Aso Ebi Orders

Where Aso Ebi is sold through the Platform:

  • Product descriptions are provided by the seller or event host.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing.
  • Delivery estimates are approximate.
  • Availability is subject to inventory.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable seller terms.

10. QR Code Access

Each RSVP may generate a unique QR code.

QR codes:

  • Are issued to registered attendees.
  • May only be used by the intended recipient.
  • May not be copied, transferred, sold, or duplicated without authorization.

CelebWeave reserves the right to invalidate QR codes suspected of fraud or misuse.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including:

  • Event photos
  • Vendor portfolios
  • Reviews
  • Comments
  • Profile information

By uploading content, you grant CelebWeave a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Commit fraud or deceptive practices.
  • Misrepresent your identity.
  • Upload malicious software or viruses.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Interfere with Platform security.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Circumvent payment systems.
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, hate speech, or discrimination.
  • Use the Platform for illegal goods or services.

Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

13. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, graphics, and content, is owned by CelebWeave or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

14. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, mapping providers, cloud hosting services, analytics providers, and social media platforms.

CelebWeave is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

15. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews based on genuine experiences.

Reviews must be truthful and respectful.

CelebWeave reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise violate these Terms.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Present security risks.
  • Receive repeated complaints.
  • Misuse the Platform.

Termination may result in loss of access to account information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

17. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CelebWeave disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CelebWeave, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CelebWeave during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CelebWeave and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights.
  • Your content or activities on the Platform.

20. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

21. Changes to the Platform

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated Effective Date.

Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws specified in your applicable user agreement or, where appropriate, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant CelebWeave contracting entity is established, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
